• IL1R: Allostera has developed its lead product APG101.10, which exhibits nanomolar potency both in vitro and in vivo (including in vivo oral activity at feasible doses), as well as 12 other derivatives and peptidomimetics that exhibit potency in the nanomolar or picomolar range. The derivatives have not yet been fully characterized in detail.


• IGF1R: Allostera has developed several Allosteramers™ active against the IGF1R for use in various cancers that over-express IGF1R. Several of these agents have been evaluated both in vitro and in animal xenograft models and exhibit nanomolar potency. An oral activity screening program is in progress.


• VEGFR: Allostera has developed three Allosteramers™ that have micromolar potency in vitro and in vivo. An optimization program is in progress.
